Refund policy

At Visionary Store, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Final sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at visionary33@icloud.com with photos of the issue. We will make it right.
